JLL Sweeps Two Honours at Annual RICS Hong Kong Awards 2019
Facilities Management Team wins for two consecutive years
HONG KONG, 18 March 2019 – JLL is proud to announce that the company has joined hands with client Hang Seng Bank to clinch the “Facilities Management Team of the Year” at the annual RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Hong Kong Awards 2018, an international awards ceremony honouring outstanding achievement in the real estate industry. Our Capital Market director Alvin Leung won “Young Surveyor of the Year”.
JLL was also won “Certificates of Excellence” for “Office Team of the Year”, “Property Management Team of the Year” and “Corporate Social Responsibility Project of the Year”.

The jury panel of RICS Hong Kong Awards was composed of 10 senior real estate industry leaders, ensuring the impartiality, professionalism and credibility of the awards. The jury panel selected the award winners from 41 shortlisted finalists across 14 categories, according to four main criteria: professionalism, outcome and achievement, innovation and technology, and teamwork.
