Positive net absorption was recorded in the overall Grade A office market for the second consecutive month in November. Read our latest snapshot of the Hong Kong office, residential, retail and industrial property markets. 
 

  • Residential: Monthly home sales rebounded with more transactions in the primary market.
  • Retail: Leasing momentum continued to improve in November.
  • Industrial: Several en-bloc transactions were recorded during the month.
