A residential site at the junction of Yau King Lane and Pok Yin Road in Pak Shek Kok has been awarded to Sun Hung Kai Properties for about HKD 6.31 billion. The A.V. of HKD 6,646 per sq ft was close to the upper limit of market expectations and 69% higher than the amount paid by Sino Land for a nearby site three years earlier.
