JLL promotes Felix Cheung to Head of International Residential, Hong Kong
HONG KONG, March 27, 2025 – JLL is pleased to announce the promotion of Felix Cheung to Head of International Residential in Hong Kong.
In his new role, Felix will oversee the development and expansion of JLL's International Residential business in the city. He will continue to leverage his global vision and deep understanding of local economic dynamics to drive growth and deliver quality services to our clients.
Felix joined JLL in 2013 and was promoted to Head of Sales for the International Residential department in 2018. With over 13 years of experience in overseas property investment consultancy, Felix has an impressive track record, including marketing residential projects for leading developers in the UK, US, Japan and Dubai.
