Hong Kong, 26 March 2024 – JLL today announced it has been appointed as the auctioneer for the sale of HAVEN COURT, Nos. 128 to 138 (even number only) Leighton Road and Nos. 2 to 30 (even number only) Haven Street, Hong Kong by public auction pursuant to an Order for Sale made by the Lands Tribunal under the Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance.
The public auction will be held at 3:00 pm on 17 April 2024 (Wednesday) and the property has a reserve price of HKD 2,425,000,000.
Completed in 1959, the property is an 11-storey commercial and residential mixed-use building, served by three common staircases and three passenger lifts. The ground floor and upper ground floor are for commercial use and the first to tenth floor are for domestic use.
The site is zoned as "Other Specified Uses (Mixed Use)" under approved Causeway Bay Outline Zoning Plan No. S/H6/17. It has a site area of approximately 13,150 sq ft.
The property is to be sold partly with vacant possession and partly subject to existing lettings and tenancies (if any) and on an 'as is' basis.
The public auction will be held at the JLL office, 7/F One Island East, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.
