The ability to multitask and ensure smooth office operations is integral to Queenie’s role at JLL. On paper, she is Executive Assistant to Macau Managing Director Gregory Ku but unofficially, she also serves as an office manager handling all administrative matters for Macau. “I didn’t expect to be able to collaborate with so many different business units! At JLL, I have expanded my skills in more specific functions such as handling paperwork related to property management,” Queenie says.
She recalls being attracted to JLL’s international brand and responding to a job advertisement in the local newspaper for her current position, which matched her prior career experience. Over the years, Queenie has been more and more thankful for the firm’s open culture and solidarity among our people.
In 2018, Queenie was the drummer for the JLL Macau team at the annual Macau Small Dragon Boat Mid-Autumn Festival Cup. The experience was particularly memorable for her because it was the first time that the office had ever joined in the races.
Being active with colleagues has motivated Queenie to commit herself to gymming four days a week on average to keep fit and healthy – an ambition which she hopes will serve her well at work and in her personal life.
