JV company to manage Guangzhou International Finance Center
Yuexiu Group and Jones Lang LaSalle jointly announced that they will establish a joint venture company to provide high-quality property and asset management services to Guangzhou International Finance Center and other major developments owned by Yuexiu Group. This partnership enables both companies to combine their complementary competencies—strong local market knowledge and expertise with international best practices to set a new standard in China’s commercial real estate industry. Yuexiu Group General Manager Zhang Zhaoxing, Guangzhou Urban Construction Development Co Ltd Deputy Managing Director Liang Youpan, Jones Lang LaSalle Guangzhou Managing Director Jex Ng, and Jones Lang LaSalle Greater China Head of Regional Asset Management James Peterson attended the signing ceremony to formalize the joint venture company.
The 103-storey Guangzhou International Finance Center is 432 meters tall with 450,000 sq meters. Comparable to Hong Kong ifc in stature and size, the Guangzhou International Finance Center is currently the tallest building in Southern China as well as one of the top ten skyscrapers in the world.
